Commitment
The commitment to playing high school basketball is HUGE! We expect our players as student-athletes to be fully committed to their academics and our basketball program. This means a great deal of hard work on the part of our players both in the classroom and on the court. Our Player Policy Contract is an agreement between our players, parents and coaches to ensure that we all understand the expectations of the student-athletes in our basketball program. Spring / Summer Info
(see calendars and summer events list) Our Rebel Basketball off season program is packed with opportunities to improve our players collectively as a team and individually as skilled athletes. We play in a number of tournaments and leagues during the Spring, Summer and Fall. The highlight of our summer basketball program is an overnight team camp at the University of Northern Colorado. We also spend the summer months training for the upcoming season; this involves weight training, conditioning and individual skill work. If you are interested in being a part of our off season program please contact one of our coaches for more information.
Feeder Program
We currently have two 8th grade Future Rebels feeder teams. Our feeder teams play in the JAM Basketball League during the Spring and Fall seasons and will also be entering in a summer tournament at Metro State College. We will be adding a 7th grade team for the 2008-2009 season. Playing for our feeder team is a great opportunity to improve your skills and make connections with your future team and coaches.
